Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at Help@shopperverse.co.uk  within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom pieces, engraved items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:

    • Send an email to Help@shopperverse.co.uk with the following details:
      • Order number.
      • Item(s) you wish to return.
      • Reason for return.
  2. Shipping the Return:

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection and Refunds:

    • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s).
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
